SUBKFANXP: P1 TICKET GIVEAWAY

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. This random prize competition, raffle, or giveaway is solely organized by the promoter, SubKulture Entertainment.

  2. This prize is redeemable by valid SubK Fan Experience: At Your Door purchasers (must have a valid order number) only.

  3. The winner of the prize will be able to redeem ONE pair (2 tickets) of P1 tickets for any ONE SubK-promoted event, including any benefits that may be associated with these redeemable tickets.

  4. The prize offered pertains ONLY to events solely hosted by SubKulture Entertainment scheduled to take place between the winner’s active status as a P1 Ticket Giveaway Winner, which is a one-year period starting from the date of SubK’s next official tour announcement after the winner is announced. However, if the winner would like to redeem his/her one pair of tickets to a particular event, the promoter must be notified at least one month prior to the date of the event via email: pr@subkultureent.com. Both conditions must be met for each event in which the winner would like to claim tickets.

  5. This prize does not include travel accommodations or other expenditures (including, but not limited to: hotels, flights, transportation, parking, merchandise).

  6. Redeemable tickets will be available on the day of the show via Will Call pick-up. No physical tickets will be mailed and no e-tickets will be given. WINNER must bring a valid Photo ID (School IDs will be accepted) to pick up the tickets.

  7. Tickets and/or benefits are NON-TRANSFERABLE. (The winner is the only person who can redeem tickets and attend the event with a guest on the day of the show.)

  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize will be notified to winners as soon as possible by the promoter.

  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the winner by any third party.

  10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize will be final.

  12. By accepting this prize, the winner is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  13. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner will not be disclosed to a third party without the winner’s prior consent.
