3. WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES?

TICKET PRICES (PRICES ARE IN USD)

P1 - $205  | P2 - $189    | P3 - $139    | P4 - $89    | P5 - $69

4. DO THE TICKETS COME WITH ANY BENEFITS?

There are no benefits/fan engagements correlating to each ticket tier.

5. DO THE PRICES ON SUBK'S WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA INCLUDE TAXES AND/OR FEES?

The prices we put up do not include any applicable taxes and/or fees. The amount of fees or taxes vary for each venue and city. Some may charge more, some less, so the prices can be different for each show. There are times that taxes and/or fees are added at checkout, but many times, the majority of taxes and/or fees are already included into the prices you see on the ticketing site at the time of purchase. Each venue has its own way of setting up the tickets, so if you ever notice that the ticket prices are higher than what we put up, that is because a portion of the fees and/or taxes have already been included before checkout. The taxes and/or fees that we mention here are separate from any service fees that the ticketing sites will charge on their end.

6. WHY DO YOU GUYS USE THE TICKETING SITES YOU USE?

We do not have any control over which ticketing site(s) are used if the venue is contracted to a specific one. For this tour, Prudential Center, Watsco Center, Smart Financial Centre, and Rosemont Theatre will be using Ticketmaster. Coca-Cola Roxy and Comerica Theatre will be using Live Nation. The Theatre at Grand Prairie and Microsoft Theater will be using AXS. City National Civic will be using their own ticketing system available on the San Jose Theaters website.

7. WHAT IS THE TICKET LIMIT WHEN PURCHASING?

The ticket limit is 6 per order.*

*Subject to change.

10. WHERE CAN I VIEW THE SEATING CHARTS?

Please view our seating charts HERE.

11. If SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASEs A TICKET FOR ME, DOES the ticket have to be under MY NAME?

Tickets don't necessarily need to be in your name unless you are required to pick them up at Will Call.

12. Will there be accommodations for the disabled/ADA seating?

Yes, ADA-accessible seating will be available for each venue. However, purchasing methods may differ per venue. Please contact the respective venue for specific details on ADA ticket purchasing, show-day accommodations, etc.

13. What types of tickets will the venues accept? DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY TICKET?

The venues will accept mobile and physical tickets (available through will call and mail).

14. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

No refunds, but exchanges may be processed if they are within the same price tier or upgrades (must pay difference, if any)

15. What is the smart queue OR WAITING ROOM?

Sometimes a queue, or waiting room, is implemented by the ticketing system when an event is expected to be high-volume. This is a decision made by the ticketing systems, so the implementation is not within our control. These types of waitings rooms are utilized in order to help protect buyers from ticket bots, and provides the benefit of buyers selecting seats. Within these queues/waiting rooms, buyers are randomly selected to start shopping if the queue/waiting room was joined before the official on-sale.

For full details about the Smart Queue, please visit Ticketmaster’s website here. For full details about the Waiting Room, please visit AXS’ website here. Please contact Ticketmaster/Live Nation directly for answers to any specific questions.

16. Is there anything that can be done about ticket scalpers?

Unfortunately, the act of scalping is very commonplace and widespread, not only in music, but sports as well, and this is legal within the majority of the U.S. (with few restrictions). Once a ticket is sold through its original point of purchase, the ticket then belongs to the customer who purchased it. What this customer does with his/her purchase after completing the order through Ticketmaster is out of our control.

Ticket scalping is a reality that all concert promoters face every day on all shows of all different music genres. It’s likely that, if you search almost any show in any venue, you will find scalpers selling tickets for all of those shows as well.

As stated in #15, in order to help minimize ticket scalping, systems such as the Smart Queue by Ticketmaster/Livenation and the Waiting Room by AXS have been implemented when an event is expected to be high-volume, although this varies per venue per event. A Waiting Room is utilized in order to protect buyers from ticket bots and provides the benefit of buyers selecting seats.

For the same reason, the venues suggest setting the ticket limit between 4-8 tickets per order.

We will continue to look into this matter further with Ticketmaster/AXS and each venue to see what we can do about the exorbitant prices for resale tickets being sold via Ticketmaster, AXS, and other third-party sites. We have been told for every show that there is little we can do about resales since it’s legal, but we will keep trying regardless.

17. WHY ARE THERE NO BENEFITS/FAN ENGAGEMENTS?

There are no fan engagements for this tour due to artist management’s decision.

18. WILL MORE TICKETS BE RELEASED LATER?

As it is standard operating procedure for all live events, the venues and promoters are obligated to hold a certain number of tickets per show for various reasons (i.e. holds for artists/labels, VIPs, production, clients, partners, sponsors, marketing, etc.) We do not hold these tickets from fans for purposes other than what is stated. Many times, since the exact number of tickets needed is not always finalized before tickets go on sale to the general public, we are required to hold an estimated number within the contractual terms. Once it is determined how many holds will be needed per party, all other remaining holds are released for public sale. Again, this is standard for not only SubK shows, but any event for which tickets are sold.

Currently, there are no plans to further add any additional cities/dates to NCT 127 WORLD TOUR NEO CITY: USA — The Origin due to the artist’s schedule.* There are a lot of factors that go into play for a large tour such as this.
