Terms & Conditions

  1. These random prize competitions, raffles, or giveaways are solely organized by the promoter, SubKulture Entertainment.

  2. All giveaways start immediately after they are posted, close at 11:59PM PDT the same day they’re released, and winners for the previous day’s respective giveaways will be announced the following morning, with the exception of Friday’s giveaways.

  3. Friday’s giveaways will end the same day at 2:30PM PDT, and winners will be announced the same day at 3:30PM PDT.

  4. Multiple entries will not guarantee a higher chance of winning, but you may enter as many times as you’d like.

  5. These prizes are redeemable by valid SubK Fan Experience: At Your Door purchasers (must have a valid order number) only.

  6. Prizes will be shipped out free of charge to the shipping addresses provided on the original ticket purchase order after the completion of the event.

  7. Prizes are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prizes and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize will be notified to winners as soon as possible by the promoter.

  9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the winner by any third party.

  10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prizes will be final.

  12. By accepting these prizes, the winners are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  13. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner will not be disclosed to a third party without the winner’s prior consent.
