1. WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?

3. WHY DO YOU GUYS USE THE TICKETING SITES YOU USE?

We do not have any control over which ticketing site(s) are used if the venue is contracted to a specific one. For this tour, Ticketmaster is used for the State Theatre, Warner Theatre, and James L. Knight Center, and AXS is used for the PlayStation Theater and The Warfield, because this is how the venues are contracted.

5. WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES?

6. WHAT IS THE TICKET LIMIT WHEN PURCHASING?

The ticket limit is 6.

7. DO THE TICKETS COME WITH ANY BENEFITS?

8. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE JUST THE BENEFIT, OR DOES IT INCLUDE THE ACTUAL TICKET TO THE FANMEET AS WELL?

Each price listed includes a ticket to the fanmeet as well as any benefits corresponding to the price tier. Generally speaking, the higher the price, the closer your seats/view/position.

9. DO THE PRICES ON SUBK'S WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA INCLUDE TAXES AND/OR FEES?

The prices that we have put up are just the base prices, which do not include any applicable taxes and/or fees. Typically, taxes and/or fees will be added at checkout, but the amount varies per venue. Sometimes, the prices shown on the ticket websites will already include a portion of the fees.

10. ARE THE VENUES STANDING OR SEATED? WILL IT BE GA FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED?

12. DO P1 TICKETS INCLUDE ALL THE BENEFITS OF THE OTHER PRICE TIERS?

No, each price tier has separate benefits. The benefits correspond to each price tier exactly as it appears in #7.

P1 ticket holders are guaranteed a Fansign and an Hola Hola album.
P2 ticket holders are guaranteed a Group Photo (10 fans per group).
P3 ticket holders are guaranteed a Hi-Touch.
P4 ticket holders are guaranteed a Signed Poster.

13. CAN I STILL STAND OR SIT NEXT TO MY FRIEND IF WE ARE BUYING TICKETS IN A DIFFERENT PRICE TIER?

For standing GA tickets, if you want to be next to your friend, you don’t necessarily need to purchase tickets within the same price tier. However, if a friend has a lower priced ticket, he/she cannot stand with you in a higher priced section. For example, a P3 ticket holder cannot stand in the P1 section. If the P1 ticket holder wants to move back to the P3 section, then that is acceptable.

For seated tickets, if you want to be next to your friend, you need to make the purchase together in order to ensure that your seat numbers are next to each other.

14. IF I decide to purchase THE P1, P2, AND P3 TICKETS, CAN I participate in the Fansign, GROUP PHOTO, AND HI-TOUCH?

Yes, as long as your tickets are valid, you will be able to claim all corresponding benefits.

15. DO I HAVE TO FIND A GROUP OF 10 FRIENDS IF I WANT TO PURCHASE THE P2 TICKETS THAT COME WITH THE GROUP PHOTO?

No, tickets can be purchased individually, and you will still be included in a group of 10 for the photo session.

16. WHAT DOES A FANSIGN ENTAIL?

P1 ticket holders will lineup in the Fansign line. Each fan will receive an Hola Hola album (provided as a benefit for P1) to get signed by each KARD member. For an example of a fansign KARD has done in the past, please follow this link: https://youtu.be/i9N_ixUk5-k

The fansign will be held before the show, anywhere between 5:00-7:00PM as of now. Please keep this in mind before purchasing your tickets.*

17. CAN KARD SIGN ITEMS OTHER THAN THE HOLA HOLA ALBUM?

KARD will only be signing the Hola Hola albums provided to P1 purchasers for the fansign.

18. WHAT DOES A GROUP PHOTO ENTAIL?

P2 ticket holders will lineup in the Group Photo line. Each group photo will include the KARD members plus 10 fans, and will be taken by the SubK photographer.

Fans will get into one line, and groups of 10 will be counted to take a photo with KARD. Usually, the groups of 10 will be determined according to the order in which each individual is standing in line. (TIP: If you want to be in the same group photo as your friend, make sure you guys are lined up together in the right group of 10 BEFORE you get to the front of the line.)

19. WHAT DOES A HI-TOUCH ENTAIL?

P3 ticket holders will lineup in the Hi-Touch line. The members will be standing in one line and the fans will walk down the line high-fiving each member.

20. CAN I record and take pictures during the fan engagement sessions? 

Recording videos and taking photos are not allowed during the fan engagement sessions. You must put your recording devices, including your phone, away after the fanmeet.

21. WILL THE FANSIGN, GROUP PHOTO, AND HI-TOUCH BE BEFORE OR AFTER THE SHOW?

The fansign will be held before the show, anywhere between 5:00-7:00PM as of now. Please keep this in mind before purchasing your tickets.*

The Group Photo and Hi-Touch sessions will be held after the show as of now. Please follow staff directions once the show has ended.*

22. WHERE CAn i get my group photo after THE TOUR?

We will be sharing links to all group photos for each city on our website and social media.

23. WILL THE P4 SIGNED POSTER BE PRE-SIGNED OR DIRECTLY SIGNED BY EACH MEMBER IN FRONT OF ME?

The P4 signed poster is different from the P1 fansign. The P4 posters will definitely be signed by the KARD members themselves (as opposed to being digitally printed), but they will be pre-signing them for fans to pickup at the poster pickup table.

24. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.


FAN FAQ


1. CAN WE BRING GIFTS FOR KARD?

No gifts or letters will be accepted for KARD due to a decision made by artist management. 

2. WILL WE BE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE fanmeet?

Photos/videos are allowed during the fanmeet, but not during the fan engagements. Professional cameras are not allowed inside the venue. 

3. CAN WE MAKE AND BRING POSTERS/FAN SIGNS AND SLOGAN BANNERS?

Each venue has its own rules, and we are currently checking with the venues and will update this answer soon.

1. IS THIS A FANMEET, SHOWCASE, OR FULL CONCERT?

WILD KARD in USA PT. 2 is a fanmeet which will include performances, Q&A sessions, games, and more!

2. HOW LONG WILL THE Fanmeet LAST?

Approximately 1.5 hours.

3. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THIS SHOW?

This show is open to All Ages.

4. HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR THIS TOUR?

Please look out for the volunteer application that will be going out via our social media in the coming weeks.
