4. DO THE TICKETS COME WITH ANY BENEFITS?

P1 comes with a Guaranteed Hi-Touch.

5. DO THE PRICES ON SUBK'S WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA INCLUDE TAXES AND/OR FEES?

The prices we put up do not include any applicable taxes and/or fees. The amount of fees or taxes vary for each venue and city. Some may charge more, some less, so the prices can be different for each show. There are times that taxes and/or fees are added at checkout, but many times, the majority of taxes and/or fees are already included into the prices you see on the ticketing site at the time of purchase. Each venue has its own way of setting up the tickets, so if you ever notice that the ticket prices are higher than what we put up, that is because a portion of the fees and/or taxes have already been included before checkout. The taxes and/or fees that we mention here are separate from any service fees that the ticketing sites will charge on their end.

6. WHY DO YOU GUYS USE THE TICKETING SITES YOU USE?

We do not have any control over which ticketing site(s) are used if the venue is contracted to a specific one. For this U.S. tour: Hulu Theater, Rosemont Theatre, Watsco Center, and Provident Credit Union Event Center will be using Ticketmaster, The Theatre at Grand Prairie and Microsoft Theater will be using AXS, Comerica Theatre will be using Live Nation, and Fox Theatre will be using their own website.

Tickets don't necessarily need to be in your name unless you are required to pick them up at Will Call.

12. Will there be accommodations for the disabled/ADA seating?

Yes, ADA-accessible seating will be available for each venue. However, purchasing methods may differ per venue. Please contact the respective venue for specific details on ADA ticket purchasing, show-day accommodations, etc.

13. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

No refunds, but please check with your respective venue/ticketing site regarding upgrades/exchanges as each may have their own policies.

14. WILL MORE TICKETS BE RELEASED LATER?

As it is standard operating procedure for all live events, the venues and promoters are obligated to hold a certain number of tickets per show for various reasons (i.e. holds for artists/labels, VIPs, production, clients, partners, sponsors, marketing, etc.) We do not hold these tickets from fans for purposes other than what is stated. Many times, since the exact number of tickets needed is not always finalized before tickets go on sale to the general public, we are required to hold an estimated number within the contractual terms. Once it is determined how many holds will be needed per party, all other remaining holds are released for public sale. Again, this is standard for not only SubK shows, but any event for which tickets are sold.

15. IF I PURCHASE A P1 RESALE TICKET, WILL I STILL GET THE Hi-touch benefit?

If the ticket you purchased is an authentic & verifiable ticket for the corresponding benefit, then ticket holders will likely receive the corresponding fan engagements/benefits. However, please be advised that if you decide to purchase tickets from a third party and not an official sales channel (venue box office, official ticketing site, etc.), we will not be able to assist you with any ticketing issues that may arise since there will be no record of the sale/purchase in the official ticketing systems.

16. WILL THE HI-TOUCH BE BEFORE OR AFTER THE SHOW?

The Hi-Touch will take place after the show.

*Schedule subject to change.

17. WHAT DOES A HI-TOUCH ENTAIL?

Once the show is over, P1 ticket holders will line up in the Hi-Touch line. The Stray Kids members will be standing in one line, and the fans will walk down the line high-fiving each member. The Hi-Touch session will take place after the show, so please keep this in mind before purchasing your ticket.*

*Schedule subject to change.

18. WILL I BE ABLE TO FILM/RECORD/TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE HI-TOUCH? WHY NOT?

There will be absolutely no photos/videos allowed during the Hi-Touch session due to a decision made by artist management. You must put away your recording devices, including your phone. If you are caught filming, recording audio, or photographing during the Hi-Touch, you will be escorted out immediately and will not be able to participate in that fan engagement session.

19. Will there be time for me to CONVERSE WITH, shake hands with, and give gifts to Stray Kids before, during, or after the HI-TOUCH?

We would like to emphasize that a Hi-Touch session is not the same as a Meet & Greet session. We cannot say exactly what will happen during these fan engagement in terms of direct interaction with the members. Please keep in mind that there may be certain restrictions in order to keep the artists safe and sessions moving at a consistent pace. Stray Kids will not be accepting any fan letters or gifts. All decisions related to fan engagements are made by artist management.

20. Why does the Phoenix venue name look different? Did the venue change?

Comerica Theatre has been renamed to Arizona Federal Theatre. It is still the same venue — only the name has changed!

5. What are some helpful tips for ticket-buying?

1) CHECK THE FAQ
Make sure to check our FAQ here as well as the FAQ of the ticketing site you are purchasing from before tickets go on sale.

2) SAVE TIME
If you’re able, log into your account and set up payment info ahead of time in order to speed up your purchase later. Double check that your payment info is current so you can breeze through checkout.

3) DON’T GET DISCOURAGED
Even if it seems like the page isn’t loading or tickets are unavailable, don’t give up too soon! Remember there are TONS of other fans that are trying to buy tickets at the same time. Tickets are often being added to carts and released by the second because they’re being shopped around. Keep monitoring, but don’t spend too much time because you might also miss out completely!

4) USE DIFFERENT METHODS
If your tickets are being purchased through AXS, Ticketmaster, or Live Nation, you can increase the chances of getting the tickets you want by utilizing the web browser, mobile apps, and call center of the respective ticketing platform at the same time.

5) AVOID TICKET FRAUD
We know people get excited after purchasing tickets, but in order to avoid ticket fraud, please do not post your barcode or any of its corresponding numbers online. Barcodes can be copied from a photo online and used to create duplicate tickets.

6) REMEMBER
We truly hope all of our STAY get the ticket(s) he/she wants, but no matter what ticket you end up getting, the important thing is you’ll be supporting Stray Kids and seeing them live with your fellow STAY!

6. WHAT ARE THE PROHIBITED ITEMS?

GENERAL FAQ

1. HOW LONG WILL THE CONCERT LAST?

The show is expected to last approximately at least 120 minutes, but as it is with any live event, this is subject to change.

2. Will there be more cities/dates added to the tour?

As of now, there are no plans to add any additional cities/dates to Stray Kids World Tour ‘District 9 : Unlock’ in USA due to the artist’s schedule.* There are a lot of factors that go into play for a large tour such as this. Even though it may seem like there are days in between for us to add additional shows, there are a lot of technical aspects that we have to consider, as well as travel time and set-up. The finalized schedule is decided by artist management, and although it would be great to add multiple shows to the tour, logistically we currently are not able to accommodate further shows given the specified time frame. If anything changes, we’ll be sure to update everyone via social media.

*Subject to change.

3. Why are there no stops in (my city)?

There are multitudes of variables that are considered before the cities on a tour are finalized, and it’s often a collaborative effort between the artist management and promoter. Sometimes the artist’s side may request a specific city or geographical location. Other times, decisions may be based on factors such as the artist’s schedule and corresponding availability of venues for those specific dates and capacities, as well as analysis of the local markets.

4. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THIS SHOW?

All shows are open to All Ages.

5. HOW CAN I join Street Team or VOLUNTEER FOR THIS TOUR?

Please see more info regarding SubK Street Team HERE.
Please see more info regarding becoming a SubK Volunteer HERE.

For all PR-related inquiries/interview requests, please email kat@subkultureent.com.

Please be advised that all requests must go through artist management for their final approval, and submitting a press request form doesn't guarantee press access. Once a request is submitted, we will get back to each media contact as soon as possible.
