3. WHY DO YOU GUYS USE THE TICKETING SITES YOU USE?

We do not have any control over which ticketing site(s) are used if the venue is contracted to a specific one. For this tour, Ticketfly must be used for Bomb Factory, AXS must be used for Showbox SoDo, and Ticketmaster must be used for The Wilbur.

6. WHAT IS THE TICKET LIMIT WHEN PURCHASING?

The ticket limit is 6.

7. DO THE TICKETS COME WITH ANY BENEFITS?

8. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE JUST THE BENEFIT, OR DOES IT INCLUDE THE ACTUAL TICKET TO THE FANMEET AS WELL?

Each price listed includes a ticket to the fanmeet as well as any benefits corresponding to the price tier. Generally, the higher the price, the closer your seats/view/position.

9. DO THE PRICES ON SUBK'S WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA INCLUDE TAXES AND/OR FEES?

As noted on all of our ticket graphics and seating charts, the prices we put up do not include any applicable taxes and/or fees. The amount of fees or taxes vary for each venue and city. Some may charge more, some less, so the prices can be different for each show. There are times that taxes and/or fees are added at checkout, but many times, the majority of taxes and/or fees are already included into the prices you see on the ticketing site at the time of purchase. Each venue has its own way of setting up the tickets, so if you ever notice that the ticket prices are higher than what we put up, that is because a portion of the fees and/or taxes have already been included before checkout. The taxes and/or fees that we mention here are separate from any service fees that the ticketing sites will charge on their end.

10. ARE THE VENUES STANDING OR SEATED? WILL IT BE GA FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED?

All seating charts will display whether the venue is standing, seated, or both.

12. DO P1 TICKETS INCLUDE ALL THE BENEFITS OF THE OTHER PRICE TIERS?

No, each price tier has separate benefits. The benefits correspond to each price tier exactly as they appear in #7.

P1 ticket holders are guaranteed a Group Photo (10 fans per group).
P2 ticket holders are guaranteed a Hi-Touch.
P3 ticket holders are guaranteed a Signed Poster.

13. CAN I STILL STAND OR SIT NEXT TO MY FRIEND IF WE ARE BUYING TICKETS IN A DIFFERENT PRICE TIER?

For standing GA tickets, if you want to be next to your friend, you don’t necessarily need to purchase tickets within the same price tier. However, if a friend has a lower priced ticket, he/she cannot stand with you in a higher priced section. For example, a P3 ticket holder cannot stand in the P1 section. If the P1 ticket holder wants to move back to the P3 section, then that is acceptable.

For seated tickets, if you want to be next to your friend, you need to make the purchase together in order to ensure that your seat numbers are next to each other.

14. IF I decide to purchase THE P1, P2, AND P3 TICKETS, CAN I GET ALL THE BENEFITS?

Yes, as long as your tickets are valid, you will be able to claim all corresponding benefits.

15. DO I HAVE TO FIND A GROUP OF 10 FRIENDS IF I WANT TO PURCHASE THE P1 TICKETS THAT COME WITH THE GROUP PHOTO?

No, tickets can be purchased individually, and you will still be included in a group of 10 for the photo session.

16. WHAT DOES A GROUP PHOTO ENTAIL?

P1 ticket holders will lineup in the Group Photo line. Each group photo will include the SF9 members plus 10 fans, and will be taken by the official SubK photographer.

Fans will get into one line, and groups of 10 will be counted to take a photo with SF9. Usually, the groups of 10 will be determined according to the order in which each individual is standing in line.

TIP: If you want to be in the same group photo as your friend, make sure you guys are lined up together in the right group of 10 BEFORE you get to the front of the line.

17. WHAT DOES A HI-TOUCH ENTAIL?

P2 ticket holders will lineup in the Hi-Touch line. The SF9 members will be standing in one line and the fans will walk down the line high-fiving each member.

18. CAN I record and take pictures during the fan engagement sessions? 

Recording videos and taking photos are not allowed during the fan engagement sessions. You must put away all recording devices, including your phones.

19. WILL THE GROUP PHOTO AND HI-TOUCH BE BEFORE OR AFTER THE SHOW?

The Group Photo and Hi-Touch sessions will be held after the show. Please follow staff instructions once the show has ended.*

20. WHERE CAn i get my group photo after THE TOUR?

We will be sharing links to all group photos for each city on our website and social media.

21. WILL THE P3 SIGNED POSTER BE PRE-SIGNED OR DIRECTLY SIGNED BY EACH MEMBER IN FRONT OF ME?

The P3 posters will be signed by the SF9 members themselves (as opposed to being digitally printed), but they will be pre-signing them for fans to pickup after the show at the poster pickup table.

22. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.


FAN FAQ


1. CAN WE BRING GIFTS OR FAN LETTERS FOR SF9?

Only fan letters will be accepted at the designated drop-off table in the lobby. No other gifts will be accepted due to a decision made by artist management. We will have a box with an 8-inch slot at the top that fans can drop their letters in. Please be advised that the slot will only be thin enough for a letter to fit.

Fans are free to address their letters to an individual member or to the whole group. However, letters are limited to one per fan. This is open to all fans attending the show, regardless of the ticket price tier. For P1 and P2 ticket holders, please keep in mind that you will not be allowed to hand anything to the members during the Group Photo/Hi-Touch sessions, so make sure to drop your letters into the box.

2. WILL WE BE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE fanmeet?

There will be no photos or videos allowed due to a decision made by artist management.

3. CAN WE MAKE AND BRING POSTERS/FAN SIGNS AND SLOGAN BANNERS?

The maximum size allowed for Posters/Fans Signs is 8.5" x 11".
The maximum size allowed for Slogan Banners is 20" x 6".

4. CAN WE BRING BACKPACKS?

There will be no standard-sized backpacks (school backpacks) allowed, so please plan accordingly.

1. WILL THERE BE MERCH SOLD FOR THIS TOUR?

2. WILL THE MERCH BE SOLD BOTH ONLINE AND AT THE VENUE?

Yes, merch is currently available for purchase online for shipping after the tour, and items will also be available for purchase at the venue on the day of the show. 

3. can i use my credit card to purchase at the venue?

Credits cards will be accepted at the venues. 

4. WHERE CAN I BUY MERCH?

5. WHAT ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD?

There are a total of 5 items:
T-shirt, Light Stick, Badge Set, Lanyard, and Poster

6. CAN I BUY MERCH ONLINE AND GET IT SHIPPED TO ME?

Yes, but it will be shipped 4-6 weeks after the tour. 

7. ARE THERE ONLINE Pre-orders FOR VENUE PICK-UP?

There will be no online pre-orders for venue pick-up. If you would like your merch for the show, then you will be able to purchase at the venue.

8. WHEN WILL ONLINE SALES end?

Online sales end Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11:59PM PST.

9. DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TAX?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of tax.

10. WILL MERCH PRICES BE THE SAME BOTH ONLINE AND AT THE VENUE?

Yes, all prices will be the same.

11. WHAT'S THE SIZING ON THE T-SHIRTS?

T-Shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, and 2XL.

12. WHAT SIZE IS THE POSTER?

The poster that is being sold will be approximately 24” x 18".

13. If i have p3, do i have to purchase the poster to get it signed?

You do not. The poster is included in the ticket price. 

14. If i have p3, is the signed poster the same as the one being sold?

Yes, the poster being signed is the same as the poster being sold.

Approximately 90-120 minutes.

3. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THIS SHOW?

This show is open to All Ages.
