15. WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES AND BENEFITS?

16. DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE JUST THE BENEFIT, OR DOES IT INCLUDE THE ACTUAL TICKET TO THE FANMEET AS WELL?

Each price listed includes a ticket to the fanmeet as well as any benefits corresponding to the price tier. Generally speaking, the higher the price, the closer your seats/view/position.
 

17. DO P1 TICKETS INCLUDE ALL THE BENEFITS OF THE OTHER PRICE TIERS?

No, all price tiers have separate benefits. The benefits correspond to each price tier exactly as it appears on the ticket graphic.

P1 ticket holders are guaranteed a Group Photo Pass.

P2 ticket holders are guaranteed a High Touch Pass.

The first 100 P3 ticket purchasers from each city will receive an Exclusive Signed Poster.
 

18. WHY IS THERE NO PRICE TIER THAT INCLUDES BOTH GROUP PHOTO AND HI-TOUCH?

Due to the limited availability of each benefit, we separated the Group Photo
& Hi-Touch to give more fans the opportunity for a fan engagement.

 

19. IF I GET BOTH THE P1 AND P2 TICKETS, CAN I DO BOTH GROUP PHOTO AND HI-TOUCH?

Yes, you will just need to claim both your wristbands on the day of the show. 
 

20. DO I HAVE TO FIND A GROUP OF 10 FRIENDS IF I WANT TO PURCHASE THE P1 TICKETS THAT COME WITH THE GROUP PHOTO PASS?

No, tickets can be purchased individually, and you will still be included in a group of 10 for the photo session.
 

21. CAN I STILL STAND OR SIT NEXT TO MY FRIEND IF WE ARE BUYING TICKETS IN A DIFFERENT PRICE TIER?

For standing GA tickets, if you want to be next to your friend, you don’t necessarily need to purchase tickets within the same price tier. However, if a friend has a lower priced ticket, he/she cannot stand with you in a higher priced section. For example, a P3 ticket holder cannot stand in the P1 section. If the P1 ticket holder wants to move back to the P3 section, then that may be acceptable, but each venue has its own rules as well.

For seated tickets, if you want to be next to your friend, you must make sure that your seat numbers are next to each other at the time of purchase.
 

22. WHAT DOES A GROUP PHOTO ENTAIL?

P1 ticket holders will receive a wristband which will allow them to lineup in the Group Photo line. Each group photo will include the GOT7 members plus 10 fans, and will be taken by the SubK photographer.

Fans will get into one line, and groups of 10 will be counted to take a photo with GOT7. Usually, the groups of 10 will be determined according to the order in which each individual is standing in line.

The Group Photo session will take place after the show. We will have staff to help and direct you as needed.
 

23. WILL THERE BE TIME FOR ME TO TALK TO, SHAKE HANDS WITH, AND GIVE GIFTS TO GOT7 BEFORE OR AFTER THE GROUP PHOTO?

We would like to emphasize that a Group Photo session is not the same as a Meet & Greet session. We cannot say exactly what will happen during each Group Photo session in terms of direct interaction with the members. There may be certain restrictions in order to keep the artists safe and sessions moving at a consistent pace. Fans will not be allowed to give any kind of gifts or letters to the members during the Group Photo session due to a decision made by artist management.

Photos and videos of any kind will not be allowed during the group photo session. 
 

24. WHY CAN’T I JUST TAKE AN INDIVIDUAL PHOTO WITH GOT7?

Photos taken with K-pop idol groups as a benefit accompanying a full concert are hardly ever less than 10 in a group, mainly due to time constraints.
 

25. WHAT DOES A HI-TOUCH ENTAIL?

P2 ticket holders will receive a wristband which will allow them to lineup in the Hi-Touch line. The members will be standing in one line and the fans will walk down the line high-fiving each member.

The Hi-Touch session will take place after the show. We will have staff to help and direct you as needed.
 

26. WILL THERE BE TIME FOR ME TO TALK TO AND GIVE GIFTS TO GOT7 DURING THE HI-TOUCH?

As of now, both the Group Photo and Hi-Touch sessions will take place after the show, but as it is with any live event, this is subject to change. We will keep everyone updated as best as we can in regards to show-day schedules and changes.
 

28. CAN I TRADE MY GROUP PHOTO BENEFIT FOR THE HI-TOUCH BENEFIT WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, but please keep in mind that when you trade the Group Photo wristband for a Hi-Touch wristband, you are also trading your benefit of receiving Priority Entry #1 (for DC, Houston) or Priority Entry (for Miami) as a P1 ticket holder.

It might not be a big deal for the seated venues, since your seat is reserved regardless, but for the GA Standing venues that are first-come-first-served, you will lose your benefit of being the first group to secure a spot on the floor.
 

29. WHERE CAn i get my group photo after THE TOUR?

We will be sharing links of each city with the group photos on our social media. 
 

30. HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY P3 TICKET IS ONE OF THE FIRST 100 PURCHASED FOR THE SHOW I'M ATTENDING?

We will be releasing a list of the first 100 purchasers who received a poster. For those who have won a signed poster, you can claim it at the venue after the show is over. There will be a pickup table inside each venue. 
 

31. WHAT TIME IS EARLY ENTRY?

We will be announcing show schedules soon!
 

32. DO THE PRICES ON SUBK'S WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND SEATING CHARTS INCLUDE TAXES AND/OR FEES?

The prices that we have put up are just the base prices, which do not include any applicable taxes and/or fees. If you see any prices on Ticketmaster that are different, that's because some or all fees have been added to the total. Each venue has its own way of displaying prices on Ticketmaster, so please keep that in mind. Generally, for Ticketmaster, there's a Facility and Service Fee at Checkout, but the amount varies per venue.

4. WHEN I CLICK THE TICKETMASTER LINK FOR MIAMI OR HOUSTON, IT TAKES ME TO LIVE NATION. IS THIS correct? WHY DOES IT DO THAT?

Yes, it is the right link! Live Nation owns Ticketmaster, and these two particular venues in Miami and Houston are also owned by Live Nation, which is why the link redirects you to the Live Nation page. Live Nation and Ticketmaster are essentially the same thing and use the same ticketing system.
 

5. Can i buy tickets at the venue?

You can call or physically go to the venue's box office if the box office for your venue is open. Please check box office times for each venue below.

MIAMI (THE FILLMORE MIAMI BEACH):
Open for in-person sales at 10AM.

WASHINGTON DC (ECHOSTAGE):
Does not have a physical box office. Online sales only.

CHICAGO (ROSEMONT THEATRE):
Open for in-person sales at 10AM.

HOUSTON (REVENTION MUSIC CENTER):
Venue's box office will be open for in-person sales at 12PM. 

LOS ANGELES (PASADENA CIVIC AUDITORIUM):
Open for in-person sales at 10AM. 
 

6. WHAT IS THE TICKET LIMIT WHEN PURCHASING?

The ticket limit is 6 per household.
 

7. HOW DO I PURCHASE ADA SEATS?

MIAMI, CHICAGO, HOUSTON, LOS ANGELES:
You can purchase ADA seats online. There is an ADA box that you can check off on Ticketmaster that will show all the available ADA seats online. You can also call the venue's box office or Ticketmaster for assistance with purchasing ADA seats. However, if the ADA seats are not in the same price tier as P1, P2, or P3 and you still want the benefits, you can purchase a regular ticket on Ticketmaster and coordinate with the venue in regards to ADA seating for the day of the show.

WASHINGTON DC:
You can purchase a regular ticket on Ticketmaster and coordinate with the venue in regards to ADA seating for the day of the show.

** On the night of the event, any ADA patron can speak to venue security or staff, and they will be able to make necessary accommodations.
 

8. Will I be able to select THE EXACT seats I WANT while buyING the tickets FOR SEATED VENUES? 

This depends on how busy the server is while you are purchasing on Ticketmaster. The map with individual seats may not show up when the server is very busy. In this case, you will have to choose best available for the price tier you want. 
 

9. WHY DO YOU GUYS USE AXS AND/OR TICKETMASTER?

We do not have any control over which ticketing site(s) are used if the venue is contracted to a specific one. When we sell tickets through AXS or Ticketmaster, it is because the venue is contracted to use these ticket systems.

11. ARE THE VENUES GA STANDING OR RESERVED SEATING?

MIAMI / HOUSTON:
Floor will be GA Standing and first-come-first-served within each price tier. For example, P1 will go in first, then P2, and so on.
The rest of the venue will be reserved seating, which means you will sit in the exact seat your ticket indicates.

WASHINGTON DC:
The entire venue will be GA Standing and first-come-first-served within each price tier. For example, P1 will go in first, then P2, and so on.

CHICAGO / LOS ANGELES:
The entire venue, including the pit, will be reserved seating, which means you will sit in the exact seat your ticket indicates.
 

12. WILL THERE BE BARRICADES SEPARATING THE GA SECTIONS?

MIAMI:
There is no physical barricade separating P1 and P2, but due to capacity restrictions, there will be a natural break between the two price tiers.

HOUSTON:
We will have physical barricades separating each price tier on the first floor.

WASHINGTON DC:
We will have physical barricades separating each price tier on the first floor.
 

13. WILL THERE BE SEPARATE LINES FOR P1, P2, P3, P4 and p5 on the day of THE SHOW?

There will be separate lines going for the most part, but we are working with the venues to get more details on this. We'll update as soon as we can.
 

14. I WANT TO TAKE MY TODDLER WITH ME TO THE FANMEET. DOES HE/SHE NEED A TICKET?

MIAMI:
Children 2 years and under are free, but must sit in a lap.

WASHINGTON DC:
If the child is walking, then a ticket is needed for entry.

HOUSTON:
Ages 2 and over will need a valid ticket.

CHICAGO, LOS ANGELES:
All attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

9. DO THE PRICES INCLUDE TAX?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of tax.
 

10. WHAT'S THE SIZING ON THE T-SHIRTS AND HOODIES?

T-Shirts and Hoodies are available in Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, and 3XL.

** They are in Men's sizes.

11. WHAT SIZE IS THE POSTER?

The poster that is being sold will be about 16.5" x 24".

** Please note that any promotional posters you may have already seen are a smaller size.
 

12. WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOW WHEN I PICKUP MY MERCH ORDER AT THE VENUE?

Please make sure to have the Email Confirmation or PayPal Receipt from your purchase(s). You can bring a printed copy or show us a screenshot on your phone. If you do not have your Email Confirmation or PayPal Receipt ready to be shown by the time it's your turn to pickup, you may lose your spot in line, so please make sure to have it ready beforehand.
 

13. WHERE DO I PICKUP MY MERCH ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW?

7. DO THE GOT7 OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKS COME WITH BATTERIES?

They don't come with batteries included, but if you purchase one with us, we will provide the batteries for you.

5. Can i bring A backpack or bag?

Miami: Nothing over 10"x10".

DC: No size restrictions as long as they can be worn. All bags are subject to search.

Chicago: Yes.

Houston: Nothing over 10"x10".

LA: Purses and small backpacks are fine.
 

6. CAN WE BRING GIFTS AND LETTERS FOR GOT7?

Gifts and letters will not be accepted for GOT7 due to a decision made by artist management.
 

7. I’D LIKE TO DO A FAN PROJECT, WHO DO I CONTACT? 

Please email: fans@subkultureent.com. However, please be aware that not all fan projects will be approved, especially if they interfere with the show in any way, or
require interaction with the artists (i.e. presenting the members a cake onstage). All fan projects are subject to approval by artist management.

1. WILL WE BE ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE Fanmeet? 

There will be no cameras of any kind allowed during the concert and Group Photo/Hi-Touch sessions due to a decision made by artist management. You may keep your cell phones.
 

2. WILL YOU BE RECORDING THE HI-TOUCH SESSION?

As much as we love offering this extra benefit to fans who attend our shows, we will not be recording the hi-touch session this time due to a decision made by artist management.
 

3. CAN WE MAKE AND BRING FAN SIGNS?

Signs are allowed as long as they are smaller than 12"x12" in size. No wooden sticks, hard poster board, etc.

GENERAL FAQ


1. IS THIS A FANMEET, SHOWCASE, OR FULL CONCERT?

The GOT7 FLIGHT LOG: [TURBULENCE] IN USA 2017 is a fanmeet tour.


2. WHAT IS A FANMEET, AND HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM A FULL CONCERT?

The term fanmeet comes from the concept of fans getting to know the artists better through more talking, games, Q&As, etc. as opposed to a full concert where most of their time is spent performing for the audience. Many fans love fanmeets because they get to see more of the group's personality and personal interactions between the members as well as the fans. Each fanmeet is an exclusive experience due to these spontaneous and impromptu interactions that happen on stage. The group will be performing 7-8 songs as part of the fanmeet activities.
 

3. IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THIS SHOW?

This show is open to All Ages.
 

4. HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER FOR THIS TOUR?

We will be recruiting volunteers for the day-of show at a later time. Follow our social media to catch immediate announcements! 
 

5. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘STREET TEAM’ AND ‘VOLUNTEERING’?

Being a street team member involves creating buzz and hype for the city of the concert - street team members will be asked to put up flyers and posters at various locations throughout the city, as well as help spread the word online. A volunteer will help out on the day of the show with a variety of activities - he/she might help out with merchandise sales, or ushering the crowds, placing wristbands on VIP ticket holders, etc.

6. HOW LONG WILL THE FANMEET LAST?

The fanmeet will be approximately 1.5-2 hours, but as it is for all live events, it will depend on the actual pace of activities. If you are a P1 or P2 ticket holder, there will be fan engagement sessions following the main fanmeet event.
 

7. I REPRESENT A MEDIA SITE / PUBLICATION AND WE’D LIKE TO COVER YOUR SHOW. WHO DO I CONTACT?

Previous experience, articles, analytics on your reach and demographic will all be taken into consideration.
